Long over due update

Well as many of you know Brandon and I had our baby!! 
Liam Carter Mathewson, born August 4th at 11:45am, 7 lbs 11 oz and 19 in long!!  He is perfect!! I know every mom says that about hey own child but he truly is perfect!  He is now 3 months old and I am just now getting use to life with a child.  The no sleep, lots of prep for everything you do, and never being alone are a lot to adjust to.  In the first month after he was born he never left my side.  That's not exaggerating either, I was always holding him, when i laid him down to asleep I was checking on him every five minutes to make sure he was sleeping, if I had to go to the bathroom I took him in with me and laid him on a blanket in front of me. 
Now that he's three months old not much has changed.  When I do lay him down to sleep, that's if he let's me, I still check on him.  Not because I am worried that he's stopped breathing, but because I'm amazed that he is actually laying down in his bed asleep and I'm making sure that its really happening!!   Don't worry i no longer take him into the bathroom with me, I now lay him down on my bed where I can see him, or I lay him down on his play mat in the front room, where if he cries I yell from the bath, "it's okay Liam mommies hurrying"  awe the joys of no longer getting to pee in peace.
Liam has now started cooing and it's the cutest thing I've ever seen.  He loves the reaction he gets from mom and dad when he coos, his eyes get all big and a huge smile spreads across his face and he coos again like he is trying to tell a story.  Liam also rolls over, and he rolled over the first time at 11 weeks!  We put him on his belly and he pushes himself up and then falls over, but we count it as a roll over ;)   I absolutely love being a mom and everything that comes with it!
